How do I change my order date?

We're here to make your life easier, more efficient, and more cost-effective. That includes making sure your subscription is worth it and working for you, which is why there is no commitment with our subscription boxes - you can cancelskip, or push back your next order whenever you need.

Just a heads up that moving the order date back will update your delivery frequency to start again from the day of the new order.

To change your next order date

Step 1: Login to your Reel Account

Step 2: Find your subscription and click on the Edit button

  • if you have multiple subscriptions (eg, 1 TP and 1 paper towel), they are treated as separate so you would need to edit subscription on both products separately)

Step 3: Click on the next charge date box

Step 4: Select the date you want to change your next order date to, then click the Update next shipment date button; this is the new day your card is charged and your order is sent for processing


Please note: you can place an order an immediately in your customer portal as well!
